Bavaro Benefits strives for excellence everyday with the goal of providing our clients with employee benefits solutions.

Bringing a consultative approach to our clients employee benefit needs, Bavaro Benefits are committed to providing the highest standard of personalized service and objective advice. Our services include designing, pricing, implementing and managing the full array of health and welfare benefits programs. This capability encompasses health benefit strategies as well as disability, dental, life insurance, behavioral health, pharmacy, vision, chiropractic and flexible benefit programs.

Nicholas Bavaro

Nicholas Bavaro founded Bavaro Benefits in 1983 after several years of employment in the banking and insurance industry. He earned his bachelor of arts degree in economics University of the Pacific and his MPA degree from the University of Southern California. Respected for his professionalism and knowledge of the employee benefits industry, Bavaro was appointed by then Governor Pete Wilson to serve on the California Citizens Compensation Commission as the benefits expert from 1995-2001.
